Delete your account and data
If you want your account removed, here is the fastest way to request deletion and what happens next.

Preferred method
Open the app, go to Account, then choose Delete Account. This sends a deletion request to our backend.
What happens after you submit a deletion request
- Your account is scheduled for deletion with a grace period.
- Your reviews are anonymized immediately.
- You can reactivate by signing in again before the grace period ends, if supported.
- After the grace period, your personal data is permanently removed as required.
If you cannot access the app
Email info@zyncraft.co.zw or info@zyncraft.co.zw and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your full name or display name
- A short request asking for account deletion and data removal
- Any helpful context so we can verify you
Other useful actions
If you want a copy of your data before deletion, request an export from the app's account settings before submitting your deletion request.
